The roses came out really pretty, the only thing I would say is the card could have been better, it didn't look good. It just looked like they got a random piece of paper and folded them up and put the wrong name when it was meant for Veronica Gonzalez, and it looked like the paper was also wet.

Flowers arrived promptly on the day it was supposed to. Recipient was surprised and loved the flower arrangement.
